The Role of Human Resource Management

Management is realizing the functions associated with certain results through people. This means that human resources play an important role in the dominant role in management.

Human Resource Management to organize and assign personnel program which includes the following issues:

1. specify the quantity, quality, and effective employment in accordance with the needs of companies based on job description, job specification, job requirements, and job evaluation.

2. set a withdrawal, selection and placement of employees based on the principle of the right man is the right place and the right man in the right job.

3. set welfare program, development, promotion and dismissal of workers who are less good.

4. forecast supply and demand of human resources who will come on.

5. estimate the state of the economy in general and the development of the company in particular.

6. carefully monitor the labor laws and policies providing fringe benefits similar companies.

7. monitor the progress of engineering and development of labor unions.

8. implement education, training, and employee performance appraisals.

9. set of mutations employees both vertical and horizontal.

10. set retirement, termination and severance pay.


The role of human resource management is crucial for the realization of goals, but to lead the human element is very difficult and complicated. Human labor than capable of competent and skilled, not least their willingness and sincerity to work effectively and efficiently. Abilities and skills that are less meaningful if it is not followed by any worker morale and discipline of employees in realizing the goal.
