Management is the science and art of the utilization of human resources and other resources effectively and efficiently to achieve a particular goal.Elements of men (humans) evolved into a field of management science called human resource management, management of the human elements of this set there is a call management personnel.

Equality of human resource management and personnel management is both a science that governs the human element in an organization, in order to support the realization of certain goals.

• Human resources management considers that the employee is the main asset of the organization, so it should be maintained, while the personnel management considers that the employee is a factor of production, so it should be utilized productively.

Human resource management tends to be a special management area that studies the relationship and the role of humans in the organization. Elements of human resource management is a man who is the company's workforce. Thus, the focus of the study of human resource management are just the problems associated with human labor alone.Human resource management is part of the management. Therefore, the general management theories became the basis of the discussion. Human resource management focuses its discussion on the regulatory role of humans in creating an optimal goal. Settings include the issue of planning, organizing, directing, controlling, pengaadaan, development, compensation, pengintregrasian, maintenance, discipline, and observation of labor to help the realization of corporate objectives, employees and communities.
